Operation Method:

  1. Wax model making;
  2. According to investment material operation manual to use it;
  3. Heating the casting ring to 900~920℃, keeping warm 30 min above.
  4. Melting: It can be melted with a high-frequency casting machine or a flame spray gun.

The casting time:

(1) When using the flame spray gun to melt down the alloy, when the alloy is melted slowly

and turn bright, it can be casted immediately when becoming into a ball of liquid alloy.

(2) When using the high-frequency casting machine to cast alloy, when the last grain

completely sink into melting part and turn bright, it can be casted immediately;

  1. Sandblasting after breaking the casting ring, cuting sprue, polishing etc. Using clean Alumina

sand(100 mesh) to sandblast the crowns and bridges. At last, using ultrasonic cleaner to clean it

about 3 min;

  1. Pre-oxidation: initial temperature at 600℃,under vacuum condition, the temperature will goes

up about 60-80℃/min. When the temperature reach to 960~980℃, keeping warm about 3-5 min.

Then, let it cool down naturally, it should be okay for Porcelain process;

(The above operation method is just for reference. User can do some proper adjustment.)

  1. Welding: applied laser welding etc.
