This product is made by using Nickel, Chromium, Molybdenum etc. with vacuum melting processing without adding cadmium. It has strong corrosion resistance, good fluidity, and high Young’s modulus, enough to resist the elastic deformation of the restoration.
This product made the strength test of the combination of porcelain and metal with VITA(Germany), brand code VMK95, or IVOCLAR (Liechtenstein), brand code IPS–Classic, and accord with YY 0621.1 -2016 standard.

Contraindication:
Person who is allergic to Nickel, during the polishing process to avoid inhaling the dust.
Operation Method:
The casting time:
(1) When using the flame spray gun to melt down the alloy, when the alloy is melted slowly
and turn bright, it can be casted immediately when becoming into a ball of liquid alloy.
(2) When using the high-frequency casting machine to cast alloy, when the last grain
completely sink into melting part and turn bright, it can be casted immediately;
sand(100 mesh) to sandblast the crowns and bridges. At last, using ultrasonic cleaner to clean it
about 3 min;
up about 60-80℃/min. When the temperature reach to 960~980℃, keeping warm about 3-5 min.
Then, let it cool down naturally, it should be okay for Porcelain process;
